The RICM is situated in its own campus in
Sector 32C, Chandigarh which is approximately 8 kms from the
ISBT, Sector 7 and the Chandigarh Railway Station. It is a co-
educational institute. |

Facilities- |

The class rooms are well equipped with
microphone, air conditioning, comfortable teaching and
learning conditions |

There is, at present, a well equipped computer lab with Local Area
Network (LAN) having 25 nodes/ terminals including
IBM server connected to it where the students/
participants can work up to 20 hours a day.
Arrangements can be made to provide around 30 more
computers at the campus. |

There is a well-equipped, air-conditioned conference room with a
seating capacity of about 40 participants. |

|
A highly specialized well stocked and air
conditioned library exists with about 15,000 volumes of
various books on cooperation, areas of Management,
Finance, Accounts, Banking, Economics, Rural
Development, Law, Computers and other related areas
catering to the needs of the student/ participants,
members of the faculty and research scholars from
different colleges, and universities. Besides all
leading journals, newspapers, magazines etc. are
available in the library. Arrangements would be made to
introduce new books and journals etc. related to
Managerial Practices once the new course (PGDBM) has
commenced. |

There is well-equipped
air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of
about 200 persons for holding seminars, conferences and
even for conducting training programmes |

Hostel facilities (separate for men and women)
accommodating about 100 persons comfortably with mess
facilities.

The
institute has two separate rooms for conducting
tutorials, if required.

Five
well furnished cabins for the faculty are already
existing and plans are a foot to construct more
cabins for the faculty to meet the increased demand
of teaching staff after the introduction of new courses.
